the host Cosimo is so attentive.
I am glad I went there for dinner last week and this restaurant will be one of my favourites

Waiting at least a month to allow the restaurant to find it’s groove, before I pounce on it. There are always learning curves in any business, and it gives them time to straighten them out.

They do add to the ambience. I was going to cook beef cheeks for a dinner party but did some research on line and found they have to be cooked for about 12 hours and preferably, cooked slowly starting the day before you need them! I just didn’t have the time. This restaurant does look lovely but again, how would they clean that chandelier? xx
