Easter egg biscuits – children’s activity

Easter biccies

If you’re looking for any easy, fun and tasty activity for Easter or just a quick dessert idea, cheat’s Easter egg cookies are for you. Of course you can make the biscuits yourself, I’d recommend my gingerbread biscuits, but when they make a biscuit that’s already shaped like an Easter egg, why wouldn’t you use it?

The ingredients

I saw this idea in a Nestle ad. They used melted chocolate to decorate the biscuits. All you need to do is simply lay our your milk arrowroot biscuits and icing. You can use writing icing, home made icing or melted chocolate. Decorate the biscuits and finish them off with sprinkles, mini eggs or whatever you like.
