Don’t forget your mozzie spray, Vegemite sangas and your cozzie in case the eski dries up and you have to take a dip in the surf to cool off.
When you’re done with playing footy and ready to give the rellies the flick, say hooroo and head home for a kip.

I’m clearly not very good at the good old Aussie slang but to put it another way – make the most of the public holiday and perform as many Aussie rituals, eat as many Aussie foods and speak as much Aussie slang as you can. Happy Australia Day!
