Barilla pizza kit

On Monday I wrote about the fantastic Barilla prize pack I won from Not Quite Nigella. One item in the pack was a pizza kit. This is the most simple-to-follow, all-inclusive kit I have ever seen before.

It even came with this little pouch to use to measure the water. How cute is that?!

The kit contents

This is what was in the box – dough mix, instructions, water pouch, oregano and even a pre-cut piece of baking paper.

Fool-proof instuctions

I was especially impressed by the cute picture instructions. Totally fool-proof! The kit also came with written instructions.

Barilla pizza

Here’s the result. Looks pretty good doesn’t it? The verdict – quick, easy and tasty. My only complaint would be that it says it serves 3 to 4 people and we ate it and more between the two of us. I’m not sure if that makes us pigs or it suggests you have a small portion. Oink!

I haven’t ever seen these in a store but that’s probably because I’ve never been looking for them before. Check out the Barilla website for more information or maybe someone from Barilla will reply with some details for us.
